Pat Bingham

Pat Bingham is a veteran hockey coach, former professional player, and builder of programs who believes culture wins before talent does. A WHL champion as a player, he competed in the Western Hockey League, the ECHL, and the American Hockey League, and later won an ECHL championship as a player. He has spent more than 15 years behind the bench at the minor pro and college levels, coaching in the ECHL, the American Hockey League, and NCAA Division I, earning Coach of the Year honors, all-star selections, division and conference titles, and setting franchise records for wins and points—often in his first season.

Known for establishing identity quickly and developing leaders, his philosophy—“the process,” often called the Rampage Way—has produced captains at the junior, college, and professional levels. He coaches with emotional intelligence, direct communication, and a blue-collar edge, building teams that are structured, resilient, and hard to play against.
