Austin Tucker

Austin is a Florida native who has spent the last 10 years serving in high-paced and complex team environments, where trust, accountability, and culture matter. 

In his current role, Austin leads recruiting, player identification, and personnel efforts for the Colorado Rampage Tier 1 program. Tucker is also an experienced youth hockey coach, having served as an Associate Coach with Monument Hockey Club’s 16U and 18U programs during the 2025–26 season. His combination of recruiting responsibilities and recent on-ice coaching experience gives him a role spanning player evaluation, team building, and athlete development. Works closely with prospective players and families throughout the Rampage’s Tier 1 evaluation and tryout process.

His mission is to identify players who elevate the standard of the Rampage program, prioritizing character, gratitude, growth mindset, and selfless service above all else. His favorite quote is “We only have what we give”

Austin enjoys spearfishing, surfing, music, and traveling in his free time.
