A native of Dillsburg, Pennsylvania, Nick Roman earned his bachelor’s degree from York College of Pennsylvania, where he was a member of the men’s lacrosse program. During his collegiate career, he earned both USILA Academic All-America and Athletic All-America honors.
Nick started his coaching career at IGNITE Elite Athletics, a private sports performance facility in Pennsylvania. During his time at IGNITE, he worked with youth, high school, and collegiate athletes with a focus on strength development, speed and agility, and long-term athletic development. From 2023–2025, he also served as the Strength and Conditioning Coach for the York College of Pennsylvania men’s lacrosse program.
After relocating to Colorado in April 2025, Nick joined Cheyenne Mountain High School as a Strength Coach and assistant boys’ lacrosse coach, supporting athlete development across the program. In the fall of 2025, he served as a part-time Strength and Conditioning Coach at Colorado College, where he worked with the cross country and men’s lacrosse programs.
Nick currently serves as the physical training instructor for the Colorado Springs Fire Department trainees.
Nick holds the Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) certification through the NSCA.
